Where Louisville Meets the World
Our International City
"Cities that embrace and encourage their international citizens and cultures will thrive, have a stronger quality of life and will attract new growth and jobs," said Mayor Greg Fischer. Louisville is a culturally diverse, international city with more than 90 languages spoken in Louisville's public schools and foreign-born residents making up for nearly half of Louisville's population growth in the last decade.
We believe in human dignity and social justice and that every human is created equal. We believe that a holistic approach with a focus on education will develop a strong community and family structure and break the cycle of poverty.
For as little as $25 a month you can help a child succeed in school. On average, a student with an interrupted education abroad will be four grades behind their peers upon arrival. We depend on the compassionate support of our donors to continue the holistic programs that build a foundation for success.
